About Me

Holistic Fine Artist

Professional portrait of Aaron K. Metz, a Fine Art Lithotherapist, Strategic Creative Director, and Technology Innovator known for integrating artistic vision with strategic technology development and the healing properties of crystals.

Over thirty years, I’ve dedicated myself to creating fine art that transcends the decorative and enters the realm of the transformational. My work bridges beauty, consciousness, and healing—each piece designed to shift the energy and presence of the spaces you inhabit.

My singular vision: creating art that genuinely serves human potential and wholeness.

As an artist, I’ve developed 900+ original pieces—therapeutic works of sacred portraiture, crystalline consciousness, and feminine wisdom. Art that doesn’t just hang on walls. Art that heals.

Where Art Meets Healing

Born and raised in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, my journey began surrounded by family orchards and mountain landscapes that instilled a profound connection to nature’s healing power. For over three decades, I’ve pioneered the integration of therapeutic-grade crystals within fine art, creating pieces that serve as both aesthetic expression and vehicles for healing.

My artistic approach flows from what I call the “creation space”—that profound connection point between consciousness and Source. Each of my 900+ original artworks held in collections across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia begins with layers of gesso and purple dioxazine acrylic on wooden cradled panels, followed by the integration of hand-selected crystals that create a fusion I describe as “Mother Earth and Father Sky.”

My artistic evolution has taken me from cosmic landscapes to realistic contemporary macro flowers, elemental-based artworks featuring larger crystals, and technology-integrated pieces that respond to our changing world.

Daily Healing Practice: Addressing Modern Challenges

For the past four years, through my practice at Exhale Art & Crystal in Oliver, I’ve had the privilege of working daily with individuals facing the increasing stresses of modern society. Most of my clients seek support for mental health challenges tied to the pressures of contemporary life and the growing impact of electromagnetic frequencies from our technology-saturated environment.

These electromagnetic fields stress our nervous systems, creating anxiety, disrupting sleep patterns, and affecting our digestive systems. I work with people of all ages using crystals—primarily selenite or gypsum crystal (CaSO₄·2H₂O)—due to its remarkable ability to transmute EMF into healthy negative ions, creating a natural serotonin boost that helps alleviate these symptoms. EMF sensitivity is one of the fastest-growing health concerns on the planet, and I’m honored to help people find relief through natural healing approaches.

This healing practice connects directly with my artwork—each piece is created not just for beauty, but to help transform the spaces where people live and work, providing ongoing energetic support.

Scientific Validation

Through collaboration with a reputable laboratory in South Korea, we’ve documented the measurable healing properties of selenite used in my work, including EMF radiation absorption, negative ion generation, anxiety relief, and improved sleep quality. This scientific validation bridges the gap between artistic expression and therapeutic benefit, creating beauty that genuinely heals.

I balance the cerebral with the heart in all of my creations, using extensive knowledge within a completely meditative state of being. Whether developing platforms, creating healing artwork, or facilitating wellness experiences, I’ve found ways to fuse ancient wisdom with modern innovation—creating solutions that heal and technologies that empower.
